We have been learning about how to use the five senses: smell, feel, hear, taste and sight in our writing.

Senses at the beach

Smell: I can smell the salty sea air as I walked along the dry sand.
Feel: A cool breeze brushed against my cheeks.
Hear: The tree tops shush and whisper to each other.
See The crystal blue ocean has waves like tiny mountains.

  1. I like your sentence about the tree tops because it makes me imagine the shush noise.
You need a colon after See on your last line.
